Thanks so much for another great sequence. Everytime I do one of your vids I feel chalenged and refreshed. And plus the pounds are dropping YAY
One more thing it would be wonderfull if you could put all of your vids available for download. That way I can do them even when I’m not at home.
Not to be a pain but I play the violin and I notice that after a couple of hours playing it my lower back, neck and shoulders get stiff. Any tips of exercises I can do?
my friend I am 48 years old, I do gym exercises since my first years of my life and do lots of free weights & cardio, aerobics & everything is possible. I have to say that yoga is all of them, plus its antiaging, stress relief & helps control blood pressure levels. Believe me……..
Different forms exercise can be more beneficial to other individuals, of course. This crap is much more likely to be beneficial than any thing you know how to do with free weights. The reason I say this is cause you are obviously ignorant and have no understanding of what you are talking about. BTW Yoga has been around 3000 years yeah, and I am sure you have your little workout you’ll stick to . Open you mind and maybe you will learn something.
Harvard, and many others have tested to show that yoga, as opposed to many other forms of exercise, DOES switch on the genes and hormones we need to stay not only fit, but healthy, mentally sharp, sleeping well, and protected against disease. Vigorous yoga is like doing free weights and cardio together, BTW. Google Yoga and Hormone Health and you’ll see your comment is not only rude and judgmental, it’s ignorant. It sounds like you could use a little yoga to calm that attitude of yours!

I can’t believe people believe this crap, people should work out to keep fit period. This is a poor excuse for working out btw. Go do some cardio and experiment with free weights
Thanks for the reply. I’m sorry. I meant to say that my knee locks, not pops. And it is painful for a moment. If I get out of the pose right away, I’m fine.
I try to always cycle before I do yoga to warm my knees up. Also I go to physical therapy once a week to learn how to make my knees stronger and less arthritic.
I would say that the standing poses cause the most locking and pain in my knees – especially the warrior poses!
Hey, thanks for saying that, although I didn’t take it that way! The thymus pounding place is located just below the notch at the base of your neck where your collarbones meet. Sorry if it was confusing! I’m so happy you like the PodcastGO vids–they are a great company. Also, popping joints are normal, unless there’s pain. You should hear my ankle! Just open your leg and hip muscles as much as you can and it should lessen…xoxo! Sadie
Sorry Sadie. I feel like my last comment here sounded rude. I must have been in a fuzz that day! I just wanted to say that just in case I came off that way to you.
By the way, I downloaded A LOT of your videos on the PodcastGO site. You, again, are awesome!!
And please make a video for people that have popping knees. Yoga can get frustrating when my knees pops and I have to stop my pose! Argh!
I just did that and will continue doing this when I am seated at my desk at work when I get a chance.
By the way, I can’t find the “notch” (?) in my Thymus to save my life. Is there a better way to find it. And all I need to do is pound two inches below it, right?
Thanks for this…
See–you DO have a Sadie in your house!!
Doing any rounded yoga practice is a great way to balance and stimulate your hormones. Closing your eyes and looking towards both your nose, then your forehead is a powerful way to balance your pituitary. Plus, inversions are a great healer.
Good luck, and let me know how you’re doing!
Sadie
Do it 4-5 times a day when you feel allergic. Of course, I’m allergic to cats and no amount of yoga helps there. It’s half a Claritin for me, plus the neti really helps too;). Just please talk to your parents and doctor before trying any allergy medication.
Also, you’ll probably grow out of it, but until then, the neti can be your best friend.
All my love, sister!

Hey Kadri,
Thanks for your post, girl!
Listen, balancing your hormonal system is great for you, and it helps you not get sick as much and look younger, but allergies are caused by a histamine response. I’d check out the neti pot, learn how to use it. It was on Oprah so it’s not that wierd;) It’s the gentlest, most natural thing you can do to keep the pollen out of your sinuses and from going into your whole system.
